Job summary
We are looking for a dynamic and committed Advanced Nurse Practitioner for our Urgent Treatment Centre Warren Farm Health Centre. To work as part of the clinical team and support the delivery of the acute clinical care for the practice population.
As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner within HCRG Care Group you will be joining a team that is caring and passionate, that are always focused on delivering the best clinical experience for our patients.
This role will be working weekends only.

Warren Farm Urgent Treatment Centre is committed to giving you high-quality healthcare. We offer a range of health services and information as well as advice and treatment for a range of illnesses and minor injuries in the Birmingham area. Our service is open 365 days a year between 8am and 8pm.

Main duties of the job
7. Ability to demonstrate adherence to evidence-based practice
8. Experience of working autonomously in a healthcare role (Primary or Secondary care)
9. People management experience
10. Knowledge of local and national healthcare agendas/strategy and policies and how they relate to the specific service.
11. Understand the legal, ethical, and professional responsibilities and accountability with regards to advanced level, autonomous practice.
12. Understand the impact of advanced practice roles on service delivery and their contribution to the multi-professional team
13. Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage with external partners

The Ideal Candidate
Essential
20. Regulated Health Care professional with current registration
21. Relevant Masters level modules including Advanced Clinical Assessment & Management and Consultation Skills (or equivalent skills and experience)
22. Where appropriate registered as a non-medical prescriber with the relevant regulator or have access to PGD (V300)

24. Level 3 safeguarding
25. Minor Injury and Minor Illness
