What You'll Do: As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll be at the forefront of the lettings process, helping match tenants to their ideal properties. Your key responsibilities will include: Property Viewings & Tenant Matching: Conduct property viewings, showcasing properties to prospective tenants and highlighting key features. Identify tenant requirements and recommend suitable properties from our portfolio. Build strong relationships with both tenants and landlords, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.Negotiation & Offer Management: Negotiate rental terms and conditions between landlords and tenants, working to close deals efficiently. Manage the application and referencing process for new tenants. Guide both tenants and landlords through the leasing process, ensuring smooth and timely transitions.Administration & Compliance: Prepare and process tenancy agreements, ensuring legal compliance and accuracy. Manage property listings, ensuring all details are up to date and accurate. Handle general administrative tasks, including tenant inquiries, lease renewals, and maintenance requests.Client & Market Relations: Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Keep abreast of local market trends to provide clients with up-to-date advice. Actively follow up on leads, ensuring no opportunity is missed to drive business.Skills & Experience: Previous experience in lettings, property management, or a similar sales role is highly desirable. Strong understanding of the lettings process and current market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. A proactive approach with a keen focus on achieving targets and driving results. Knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle is preferred. A customer-focused individual who enjoys delivering high standards of service. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
