Salary: 28,000 - 28,000 GBP per year Requirements:
* We are looking for individuals with previous experience in either an MSP support desk or a field/customer-facing role. You should be proficient with Windows 10 and 11 operating systems, possess experience in Office 365 administration (including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams), and have a solid understanding of Active Directory/AzureAD. Additionally, a good grasp of networking knowledge and troubleshooting, along with proven experience in diagnostics through logs, tickets, and reports, is necessary.
Responsibilities:
* In this role, I will expect you to efficiently administer 1st Line support requests, ensure accurate call logging, and escalate issues when needed. You will work closely with the other members of the Service Desk team in a collaborative environment, sharing your experiences and skills while collaborating with management.
