You would be facilitating, designing, preparing and managing maintenance schemes for delivery through a "Walk Talk Build" process, reviewing estimates, monitoring scheme progress through site visits and safety audits. You would be working closely and collaboratively with our Term Maintenance Contractors and would also be checking final accounts to ensure best value for the people of Surrey.
Don't worry if you have little experience, we are happy to coach and mentor you, and even fund your engineering qualifications if you wish to progress! Ideally, you will be someone who is looking for a challenge with a thirst for knowledge, and a keen interest in engineering and problem-solving.
