Customer Service Administrator. Bolton (BL4). £23k - £26k DOE. An exciting opportunity has arisen, due to expansion, to join a successful and established company in Bolton. Our client is looking for an experienced customer service administrator where they will be working within a team of 4. Duties will include: Processing high volumes of sales orders Handling any queries from customers via phone and email Updating customers records & accounts Contacting previous clients Maintaining an acceptable level of product knowledge by keeping up to date with product developments Taking orders through the website off customers To be successful you will have a strong background in customer service, have excellent communication skills and have an excellent eye for detail.
