Job Description
As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating care services, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care. You will work closely with our care staff and clients to manage schedules and address any concerns that arise.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in a care setting, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.
