The Corporate Affairs Administrator position is a permanent opportunity, 30 hours over a 4 or 5 day working week. This role will be based at our Head office in Denton with hybrid working from home. Main duties of the job The Corporate Affairs Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the corporate affairs team and wider corporate functions. Key responsibilities will include: administering various Boards, committees, corporate events and other meetings within gtd healthcare ; managing the administration of the new corporate document portal, which houses all policies, procedures and guidance; ensuring the accuracy of corporate documents and information, which sit across numerous platforms such as the website and extranet; supporting with the administration associated with staff and stakeholder engagement including surveys, and monitoring engagement with corporate communications across different platforms; ensuring all corporate documents and communications meet gtd healthcares brand guidelines.
