Your responsibilities: As Facilities Manager, you'll also be responsible for overseeing the property helpdesk team. Leading and developing the property helpdesk team, identifying knowledge gaps, providing training, 1-2-1s, setting objectives, and conducting performance reviews. Supporting the helpdesk team in maintaining the p roperty h elpdesk inbox, logging and allocating jobs, raising p urchase o rders, liaising with site teams, and closing down jobs promptly. Ensuring Project Portfolio Management ( PPM ) schedules and reactive maintenance jobs are completed in line with service requirements. Acting as an escalation point for complex queries. Developing and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for external contractors and suppliers, monitoring performance, and reporting to senior management. Initiating and leading tender processes for service contract agreements. Focusing on delivering high-quality service to Reed’s operational businesses. About You: E xperience managing a successful team. F acilities management experience, ideally within an office estate /commercial propert ies.
