The Team: Join a dynamic team of technology experts dedicated to delivering seamless, secure, and reliable solutions for our valued customers. The Tech Services Team is high-energy, fun, and driven with a 'can do' attitude.
Your day as a Technical Engineer Level 3 includes:
* Resolve Technical Issues: Handle complex requests and escalations, troubleshoot based on severity and impact, and ensure adherence to Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
* Drive Projects: Design, deploy, and document IT systems to deliver impactful business transformation projects.
* Maintain Systems: Ensure system continuity by managing backups, patching, monitoring, and access control.
* Incident Management: Address critical issues promptly, ensuring smooth operations.
* Build Knowledge: Create knowledge articles, SOPs, and automation scripts to empower the team.
* Grow and Learn: Invest in your development through training, coaching, and stretch projects.
You'll be the ideal Technical Engineer Level 3 for us if you:
* Expertise in Technical Engineering and modern cloud tools like AzureAD, Intune, Teams, and SharePoint.
* Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud infrastructure.
* Proven ability to tackle complex technical problems and implement scalable, secure solutions.
* Skilled in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
* Knowledge of security best practices and tools for cloud-based systems.
* Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team to undertake project work.
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Desirable:
* MS-900 - Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals.
* AZ-900 - Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.
* AWS Certified Administrator.
To fulfil this role, you should be resident in this country with a valid right to work.
Salary & benefits for our Support Operations Engineer:
* Basic Salary £50,000 to £57,000.
