Are you an experienced Accounts Administrator looking for a flexible, part-time role in the Garvagh area? We’re recruiting for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our clients busy team in the construction industry.
The Role:
You’ll take on a variety of office and accounting tasks, supporting smooth day-to-day operations and ensuring accurate financial records. Key responsibilities will include:
* General office administration – handling calls, emails, and written correspondence.
* Organising and maintaining filing systems to keep records streamlined.
* Processing sales and purchase invoices, addressing customer and supplier inquiries.
* Managing bank reconciliations and payroll tasks.
* Submitting CIS and CITB returns and handling VAT submissions.
About You:
We’re looking for someone with:
* Solid experience in an Accounts Administrator or Accounts Assistant role.
* Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.
* Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office.
* The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
