Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the pharmacy team to ensure high performance
* Drive the commercial success and growth of the pharmacy
* Manage pharmacy operations for smooth and efficient service
* Provide guidance and support to pharmacy staff, including technicians and dispensers
* Deliver high-quality patient care and community health services
* Handle complaints and medication errors effectively to maintain service excellence
Qualifications
* Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Post-qualification experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred
