DUTIES:
- To cook Indian/Pakistani curries like Chicken tikka balti Lamb palak Lahori Korrma Chicken dopiza Mugali korma Etc.
- Prepare and cook meals according to the menu and recipes provided.
-Having a good knowledge and practice of food hygiene and prevention of cross contamination.
-Ensure the adequate stocks of food and maintained.
-Being able to effectively work as a team and communicate in a busy kitchen environment.
-A keen eye for detail to deliver excellent standards in every dish served.
-Maintaining professional appearance and behaviour at all times.
-Passionate about food and continually good standards.
