Process and verify invoices, ensuring payments are timely and correctly authorised. Act as the main point of contact for temporary staff suppliers. Develop and maintain reports for senior management to aid financial forecasting. Assist in payroll processing and maintaining pay records. Support the accounts payable team with invoice processing. Collaborate with the Financial Controller on analysis, journal entries, and ad-hoc projects. Contribute to period-end and year-end financial procedures. What We’re Looking For: AAT Level 3 or equivalent (desirable). Experience in sales ledger, purchase ledger, or payroll procedures. Strong Excel and IT skills. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. A proactive problem solver with a keen attention to detail. A strong communicator with great customer service skills.
