To deliver agreed sales volumes and revenue growth across the range of PayPoint products within the Colchester, Cambridge, Ipswich, and Norfolk area.
Key Responsibilities
1. Correctly and proactively sell PayPoint products into suitable new businesses within the defined territory.
2. Provide consistently excellent early life support to the retailer from the initial sales call to fulfilment of products.
3. Journey plan effectively using CRM, prioritising calls by opportunity and/or as directed by your line manager.
4. Comprehensively plan and prepare for each call, ensuring SMART objectives are set for each outlet during each visit with a view to continually developing retailer business and PayPoint penetration.
5. Maintain in-depth knowledge of PayPoint products, including EPOS.
6. Ensure the standard of work, completion of PayPoint contracts, and capturing of ID is of the highest standard and in line with PayPoint policies and procedures.
7. Exhibit high personal conduct, appearance, and role modelling values to reflect the professionalism of the PayPoint Retail Services Field Team.
8. Obtain Trust Pilot reviews from retailers when you have exceeded retailer expectations.
9. Demonstrate flexibility to travel/cover where directed at short notice.
10. Utilize strong interpersonal skills.
