Role - Business Development Manager (Public Sector)
Salary - £40k - £55k + Double OTE (Uncapped)
Location - Remote with occasional travel to the company's HQ (West Midlands)

Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within public sector organizations including local government, healthcare, education, and central government departments, while maintaining a robust sales pipeline through proactive account management and lead generation
* Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that align with public sector procurement frameworks (like G-Cloud, DOS, and Crown Commercial Services), ensuring all bids meet strict tender requirements and deadlines
* Collaborate with technical teams and solution architects to design tailored communications solutions that address unique public sector challenges while adhering to security standards like ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus
Qualifications
* 3+ years' prior industry related business development experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good exposure to Public sector sales.
* Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
* Focused and goal-oriented
