As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent for our clients. Your role will involve building and maintaining new and existing relationships with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements.

Responsibilities
Utilise recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, CV Library, Indeed and more to source and screen candidates
Identify, develop and maintain new business relationships
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to offer negotiation
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
Implement lead generation strategies to attract passive candidates
Utilise social media management tools to promote job opportunities
Skills
Minimum 3+ years recruitment experience
1+ years’ experience recruiting within the engineering, construction and/or architecture industries
Previous Sales and Customer Service experience
Excellent organisation/prioritisation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to influence and negotiate with others
The ability to think creatively and strategically
Self-motivation and motivated by targets
PC literate and able to use MS Office Applications
Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and sourcing techniques
