Senior Ecommerce & Marketplace Manager role requires expertise in driving sales, increasing market share, and enhancing brand visibility on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximise profitability on e-commerce platforms.
* Manage day-to-day operations of key accounts, including inventory management, pricing strategy, promotional campaigns, and content optimisation.
* Utilise SEO strategies to improve product visibility, keyword ranking, and organic search performance on e-commerce platforms.
* Plan and execute PPC advertising campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth on marketplaces like Amazon.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated strategies that align with overall business objectives.
* Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
* Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on account performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
* Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact e-commerce operations.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce account management, with a proven track record of success in managing accounts on marketplaces such as Amazon.
* Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, marketplace dynamics, and industry trends.
* Expertise in SEO strategies and PPC advertising, with a demonstrated ability to drive results and ROI.
