Are you an experienced Children's Nurse looking for a new challenge? This is an exciting post working within an award-winning team.
The role requires case managing and caring for children with chronic or acute nursing needs outside of the hospital environment.
This is a fixed-term 6-month secondment within our team.
Main duties of the job
The service is open 9-5 seven days a week. This role is offered part-time at 22.5 hours with some weekend and bank holiday working required.
We are looking for a registered children’s nurse who is motivated, forward-thinking, and has excellent communication skills. You should have the ability to prioritize and work both independently and as part of a team.
In this post, you will provide highly skilled, quality clinical and non-clinical care, which is outcome-focused, to support children and their families.
You will also be responsible for providing support to junior team members and mentoring pre and post-registered students.
