Job Description
Your activities include:
1. Welcoming and checking in and out of guests;
2. Taking and processing walk-in reservations and taking and processing reservations via telephone and e-mail;
3. Solving problems and complaints;
4. Answering the phone;
5. Closing the day in the system and the associated administration;
6. Ensuring the safety of all guests and colleagues;
7. Doing duty rounds;
8. Conducting the night audit run;
9. Generating the night reports;
10. Serving guests in the bar when required;
11. Maintaining cleanliness of the lobby and surrounding areas.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following profile:
1. Clear and effective in speech and writing;
2. Good knowledge of the English language;
3. Is oriented towards guests and colleagues;
4. Takes responsibility and is not afraid to make decisions;
5. Previous hotel reception experience will be a benefit.
Additional Information
The successful candidate will already have right to work in the UK.
