HR Advisor sought to join an award:winning, GBP multimillion turnover food manufacturing company based in Bilston. They are a privately owned company who supply numerous sectors including foodservice, retail, wholesale and catering, both in the UK and abroad.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's People function, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments. This position requires a strong understanding of HR practices, and administrative tasks to enhance organisational efficiency.
As HR Advisor, your day:to:day duties will include:
: Serve as the primary point of contact for all people:related matters, engaging in various aspects of the employee life cycle.
: Advise, coach and support line managers on performance management, employee relations, HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
: Effectively support and manage employee relations cases.
: Guide managers in addressing sickness absence cases.
: Implement initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency.
: Collect and analyse employee data to inform decision:making.
: Ensure compliance with Home Office sponsorship requirements and right:to:work checks.
: Manage and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
: Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
: Manage HR administration tasks.
: Support the implementation of HR initiatives that align with our organisational goals.
: Champion and promote company's organisational values.
The successful HR Advisor will demonstrate:
: Proven experience in a similar role.
: CIPD qualified to a minimum of Level 3.
: Proficient in Office 365.
: Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
: A proactive approach to problem:solving, a keen eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously.
: Self:motivated, confident, and approachable with a can:do flexible attitude towards work requirements.
