Join Aggregate Industries as a Supply Chain Project Manager and help shape the future of our supply chain network Youll lead key digital initiatives like implementing Transport Management Systems (TMS) and ERP, and drive cost savings in distribution and inventory management. You'll play a central role in optimizing processes, enhancing efficiency, and improving customer satisfaction across the supply chain. What Youll Do: Lead the implementation of TMS and other digital tools to boost logistics and supply chain visibility. Identify areas for process improvement and work across teams to integrate and align systems like TMS and ERP. Drive cost-saving initiatives in transportation and logistics. Develop strategies to optimize inventory levels and improve service levels. Collaborate with IT and cross-functionalteams and stakeholders to enhance planning, reporting, and overall supply chain performance. Who you are You'll bring hands-on experience managing supply chain projects, especially in network design and inventory optimization. Have strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of transportation costs and inventory planning. Proven experience improving S&OP and S&OE processes. Great project management abilities, with the knack for leading cross-functional teams and juggling multiple priorities. Be familiar with supply chain management tools and tech and strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Any of the below would be a bonus An advanced degree (like an MBA or MSc in Supply Chain Management). Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). Experience in the building materials or construction industry. Knowledge of advanced inventory management systems.
