In this role, you will greet and welcome customers warmly, engage with them to understand their shopping needs, sell the right products, and ensure a great shopping experience.
You should have excellent customer service skills, be a team player, keep the store tidy, and ensure the right products are on the shelves.
You will need
To succeed, you should:
* Greet customers warmly
* Listen and talk to customers about their needs
* Help customers find what they want
* Be passionate and knowledgeable about our products and services
* Be punctual, smartly dressed, and ready to serve
* Think of age restrictions when serving age-restricted products
* Work as part of a team to complete store duties
* If applicable, complete a criminal record check for post office duties
