The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Engineering Manager to lead our talented engineering team. This is a pivotal role in driving the design, development, and implementation of bespoke projects that push the boundaries of manufacturing excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership: Guide and inspire a team of engineers to deliver exceptional results.
2. Budget Management: Assist in planning and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
3. Project Oversight: Manage projects from initial concept to production, maintaining quality and budgetary targets.
4. Innovation & Development: Spearhead the design and development of capital equipment aligned with industry standards and customer specifications.
5. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality assurance, and sales teams to align technical efforts with business objectives.
6. Process Optimization: Implement best practices, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
7. Compliance Leadership: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and safety standards.
What We're Looking For:
1. A seasoned professional with 12+ years of engineering experience, including 7 years in management.
2. Deep expertise in capital equipment design and manufacturing.
3. Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., CAD, PLM).
4. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex initiatives from start to finish.
5. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
6. A collaborative mindset to work effectively with diverse teams and external stakeholders.
