We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join the team in our Home Improvement Agency based in Blandford
Forum.
This role will involve receiving and processing of enquires through various media, and processing these to conclusion. Tasks will
include completion of administration tasks for our Technical and Fitting teams, answering client queries, undertaking telephone
assessments, exploring options, and working out the best solution to meet Individual’s needs.
You will work in collaboration with other services provided by Dorset Council and other external bodies, to facilitate a seamless
service for all customers, whilst ensuring that the sharing of information is conducted in accordance with Millbrook’s policies
and procedures.

* £23,923.33 per annum
* Monday – Friday 08.30 – 17.00
* 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) plus optional 5 unpaid days (pro rata for part-time)
