Octavius Infrastructure rail business is rapidly evolving with key contract awards across the country. We'll be delivering new infrastructure including new stations, Access for All schemes, and domestic renewals across the Wales & Western region. We are looking for a Project Manager who can take a project from Design development to successful delivery and hand back to the customer. Using our hybrid working policy you'll work from home, site and an office in Swindon and Bristol.

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee projects within the Octavius Wales & Western framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate all aspects of project delivery, from planning to execution and completion.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
* Lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
* Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving any issues that arise.
* Monitor project progress and performance, reporting regularly to senior management.
Qualifications And Experience:
* In-depth knowledge of construction techniques and processes across building and civils works and electrical fit out. This will include drainage, roofing, glazing, surfacing, electrical re-wire & re-light to station buildings and temporary works with an appreciation of highway & railway specific disciplines.
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
* Relevant qualifications in project management or a related field.
* Familiarity with the Wales & Western region.
