Our client, a long established & leading manufacturer & supplier of components to a multitude of industrial sectors including commercial vehicle, medical, aerospace, MOD & rail, is seeking a proactive salesperson to further strengthen their team.
This is a proactive sales role with excellent prospects to field sales within a couple of years, appealing to an ambitious sales professional with aspirations for developing a career in face-to-face selling and account management.
Reporting into the Sales Director, you will play a fundamental role in achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives, making outbound calls, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
To apply for this position, you should have experience in a similar proactive sales role. You should have good commercial acumen and an understanding of how price affects profitability/margin. You will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, be highly self-motivated with a positive attitude, and possess high levels of personal hunger & desire.
On offer for this proactive sales role is a very competitive package including a basic salary of £30,000, plus an excellent pension scheme, private medical, and 25 days' holiday.
