About the Role
We are seeking a Clinical Diagnostic Pathologist to join our team in Livingston, Scotland. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work at the cutting edge of treatment development in a wide variety of malignancies, using histopathology, immunohistochemistry and fluorescent in-situ hybridization for diagnostic and biomarker assessment. You will support the day-to-day operations of laboratories to deliver on sponsor requests and studies, including oversight of technical processes and procedures insofar as they impact pathology interpretations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support laboratory operations to deliver on sponsor requests and studies.
* Oversight of technical processes and procedures impacting pathology interpretations.
* Release timely reports into LIMS for sponsor and/or clinical site action.
Requirements:
- Medical Degree (Doctor of Medicine, or foreign equivalent)
- Full Registration with a Licence to Practise from the General Medical Council
- Fellowship of The Royal College of Pathologists (or equivalent) and a minimum of 2 years' experience of independent reporting practice.
- Placement on the Specialist Register of the GMC is required.

The estimated annual salary range for this role is £100,000 - £120,000 based on the location and industry standards.
