Maintain effective communication within the team to ensure smooth operations and site security. Oversee rostering to ensure all shifts are adequately staffed and meet contractual and regulatory requirements. Demonstrate proficiency in both written and spoken English. Utilise IT systems for various tasks as required. Accurately record, report, and document incidents, producing high-quality verbal and written reports. Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client requests. Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Management Team. Coordinate with reception staff to ensure smooth operations.
