About the role
Lead the Future of Careers & Industry Collaboration at EFI Group. Join EFI Group as a key leader in driving the success of the Futures: Careers & Industry Collaboration team. In this critical role, you’ll oversee the development and management of our Careers and Industry Collaboration service, enhancing graduate outcomes and industry engagement for both Further Education and Higher Education students.
You’ll strategically shape employability agendas, ensuring alignment with EFI Group’s goals, while driving impactful careers education initiatives and industry placements. Collaborating with senior leadership, you'll influence policy and contribute to the progression of our students and institutional growth.
About you:
* Experience: Extensive background in careers, employability, recruitment, or HR within Fashion Retail, Design, Beauty Management, or similar sectors and experience of working in, or with Higher or Further Education.
* Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the graduate labour market, industry employer needs, and government policies on higher education and employability, with the ability to leverage data for impactful service development.
* Passion: You will be a strategic leader with an innovative approach, able to establish effective working relations and build trust quickly.

Salary:
From £48,150 to £56,150 per annum, subject to qualifications and experience.
