We are looking to recruit an Assistant Team Manager in a MASH Team within Sutton. The successful candidate will be working in a well-structured, organised team who are growing their social worker staffing levels.

The responsibilities of the Assistant Team Manager include:
1. Case Load Management
2. Completing reviews and assessments
3. Working alongside other agencies
4. Working to ensure the protection of vulnerable children
5. Assessing and reviewing existing service users
6. Working effectively with other professionals
7. Helping the Team Manager provide management resources
8. Supervising newly qualified Social Workers
9. Chairing meetings
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Social Work England registration
2. Eligibility to work in the UK
3. Social Work qualified (MA/BSc/DPSW/CQSW/MSc/BA)
