Desktop Technician Level 2
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Technician to provide second-line technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
* Manage technical issues through a customer ticketing system, ensuring updates and resolutions are provided in a timely manner.
* Perform basic network connectivity troubleshooting, asset inventory, and device upgrades.
* Offer end-user training and guidance on hardware/software usage.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 4 years' experience in desktop support or a related role.
* Strong experience with Windows 10, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Google apps, and ServiceNow.
* Proficiency in managing MS Active Directory (users, groups, policies).
* Full UK driving license and ability to travel.
Salary:
£40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
