SITE ADMINISTRATOR
DIVISION: Building
LOCATION: Edinburgh

Due to a continued pipeline of works, we are looking to add an enthusiastic and experienced Site Administrator to our Abbey Lane team. The successful candidate will assist and support the wider team and seek to establish strong working relationships across the project and division.
Our Site Administrators are the backbone of our operations, providing dedicated administrative support and taking on essential day-to-day tasks. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Candidates should have great interpersonal skills and be confident communicators, as well as adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Please note: There may be the occasional requirement to travel to other Glasgow sites and also the infrequent need to support in our Livingston or Glasgow offices.
The Administrator will:
* Provide clerical support to the project team, including word processing, photocopying and handling post duties.
* Assist with the development and maintenance of filing and administrative systems operating in the Insurance department to include the collation of materials, as required.
* Assist with production of reports and documents to an acceptable standard, as required.
* Take and record messages accurately.
* Deal with incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
* Book and record travel arrangements for the department.
* Carry out any other duties as are necessary within the scope and purpose of the job as requested by the Project Manager.
Essential
* Demonstrate previous experience of working in a fast paced Administrator role.
* Demonstrate a strong desire for the role.
* Demonstrate an ability to work on own initiative.
* Demonstrate strong communication skills.
* Strong IT skills to include Microsoft Office suite.
* Possess an excellent telephone manner, with great interpersonal skills.
Desirable
* Knowledge and/or Experience of the Construction Industry.
