IT Support Team Lead - £35,000 - MSP - Warwick
We are recruiting for an IT Support Team Lead on behalf of a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) in the Warwick area. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key role where you will oversee a team of skilled IT support engineers, ensuring the highest level of service delivery to a client base.
Key Responsibilties:
1. Lead and mentor a team of IT support & field engineers, providing guidance and technical expertise.
2. Ensure timely resolution of technical issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
3. Oversee IT service desk operations, managing ticket queues and ensuring SLAs are met.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN configurations.
5. Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory.
6. Perform basic server administration tasks such as file sharing, security management, and user access control.
7. Support and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, including troubleshooting and administration.
8. Work with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
