As a member of the Acquisition Trading Squad, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales performance in the new customer acquisition space (Fixed & Mobile), in order to deliver revenue growth to the consumer P&L.
To succeed in this role, it is crucial to establish strong internal relationships with VMO2 colleagues. Collaboration with different collaborators, particularly within Commercial & Channels, is necessary to comprehend the drivers of our current performance.
Use your data & analytics skills and clear, confident communication to articulate performance insights & recommendations to collaborators, with the goal of influencing & motivating colleagues towards positive action.
Your role is to support the execution and delivery of new Trading initiatives, ensuring they launch efficiently and achieve excellent results.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
* Proven experience of having worked in a Commercial environment supporting trading strategies & initiatives, within the mobile or broadband industries.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and collaborator management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
* A track record of driving sales performance & commercial outcomes across all sales channels.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
* Commercially astute with strong analytical skills, and ability to interpret trading results and translate them into actions.
