Reporting to the Site Technical Manager, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing and guiding the technical team across all departments. Your focus will be on driving compliance with Myton Food Group's manufacturing standards and technical procedures while leading the team to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure food safety, legality, quality, and integrity for all our customers and brands, maintaining compliance with legal, BRC, and MMS standards
* Lead the investigation and reporting of adverse microbiological results, implementing corrective actions where required
* Oversee and manage product information through the M-Create portal
* Take ownership of the site HACCP Plan, ensuring it is effective and up to date
* Provide expert advice and support to colleagues on technical and compliance-related issues
* Develop, implement, and maintain technical policies and procedures applicable to the site
* Proactively manage site trends and risks, ensuring early intervention and resolution
