In this dynamic role, you'll provide vital leadership to our care homes - empowering our brilliant Home Managers and the wider team to deliver exceptional care services. What does it mean to be an Anchor District Manager? Drive Growth & Innovation: Collaborate with the regional team to drive business growth, implement innovative ideas, and enhance our residents experience at Anchor. Manage Budgets & Resources: Oversee budgets, manage financial performance, and make informed decisions to achieve district goals whilst optimizing resources. Ensure Compliance & Quality: Ensure the district operated within regulatory frameworks and internal policies. Lead audits and ensure a high standard of care and safety is maintained across all locations. Achieve Performance Targets: Deliver on district KPIs, including revenue and customer satisfaction, ensuring we meet financial targets and exceed service standards. Leadership & Develop a Fantastic Team: Inspire, coach and develop a team of passionate Home Managers to deliver exceptional care and services across the district. Who are we looking for? Operational Expertise: Significant experience managing multi-site operations in the care sector, with a track record of delivering on performance targets. A Passionate Leader: Proven experience in leading and developing teams, with a focus on creating a supportive and growth-focused environment. Knowledge of Care Regulations: Experience working within regulatory frameworks in care, with a strong understanding of safeguarding and health & safety regulations. Resident-Centred Focused: A passion for care, with the ability to understand and act on resident feedback to drive satisfaction and quality improvements. Financially Savvy: Strong knowledge of budget management, financial performance, and working within commercial environments.
