Student Progress Administrator
Part time, 18 hours per week, term time only
£10,382 per annum (FTE £24,225)
We are looking to hire an experienced administrator to join the caring and supportive team of Student Progress Coordinators; to work with a select case load, ensuring all notes and reports are kept up to date on Microsoft packages and internal databases.
This role will require a meticulous, yet warm approach to all tasks, ensuring that information is shared and recorded in a clear and concise manner, while ensuring compliance and sensitivity is maintained.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Relevant level 3 administrative/IT qualifications or equivalent
2. A level 2 or above qualification in English and Maths
3. Experience in dealing with local authority and other professionals
4. The ability to take detailed minutes of meetings
5. A good level of written and spoken English, with the ability to work with external stakeholders
6. Commitment to promoting and safeguarding the welfare of students
7. Tact/Diplomacy and a good sense of humour
