About the role: As a Marketing Executive at Elder, you will play a crucial role in working across multiple non-digital and digital marketing channels to support initiatives to increase demand. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director and working closely with teams across Elder, you will be a pro active and data-driven individual capable of working well within a team and by yourself. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing effective communication strategies that resonate with our customers, align with our marketing goals, and support the overall growth of Elder's marketplace. Responsibilities: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Elder's customers, their needs, and decision-making processes Collaborate with the PR & Brand marketing team to develop and implement campaigns that effectively reach and engage our target families and carers Maintaining current CRM user flows for families to increase engagement Ensuring that Elder’s social community management is aligned with the overall product and brand positioning Work with PR & branding to increase organic social media outreach by engaging with relevance groups and communities Proactive engagement with potential partners to increase Elder’s brand awareness and authority in the elderly care space Work closely with cross-functional teams to influence product strategy, content development, and sales, ensuring that all communications are cohesive and effective. Monitor and analyse market trends and customer feedback to continuously refine and improve communication strategies Requirements : Proven experience in marketing communications, preferably within consumer-facing marketplaces or similar sectors. Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to extract actionable insights from data to enhance communication effectiveness. Experience in market research and customer analysis, capable of using insights to develop targeted communication strategies. Experience in working with PR, branding and digital marketing teams Ability to work collaboratively with sales, product/design and other teams to design and test new communication approaches and campaigns. High adaptability and agility in a dynamic work environment, with a focus on continuously optimising communication strategies in the rapidly changing care sector. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams with an agile mindset, emphasising a test-and-learn approach while maintaining alignment with long-term strategic objectives. Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts into clear, impactful messages.
