The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing and administering the company's share plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing strategic advice to senior management. • Support the Group Head of Secretariat with strategy and efficiencies within the company’s share plan administration • Share plan administration (all employee and discretionary share plans) and point of contact for share plan related queries. • Working collaboratively with key internal partners in Finance and Tax, Payroll, Communications and Legal to ensure internal requirements are defined and delivered • Administration of long-term incentive plans for senior executives in liaison with HR and ensuring they meet and maintain their shareholding requirements • Administration of grants and exercises for the Sharesave scheme in conjunction with our registrars This role is perfect for a professional who values flexibility and seeks to contribute their expertise to a leading financial services firm.
