Job Duties:
1. Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Spanish language lessons to students
2. Develop engaging and interactive teaching materials
3. Assess and evaluate students' progress
4. Provide feedback to students to enhance their learning experience
5. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
6. Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
Required Qualifications:
7. Fluency in Spanish language
8. Teaching qualification or relevant experience
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Ability to work effectively in a team
Education:
Degree in Spanish language or related field
Experience:
Prior experience teaching Spanish language preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
11. Strong understanding of language teaching methodologies
12. Proficiency in using technology in the classroom
13. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
Preferred Qualifications:
14. Additional language teaching certifications
15. Experience working in a multicultural environment
Working Conditions:
The role involves working in a school setting, following the academic calendar. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for school events or meetings.
