A vacancy has arisen for a Production Administration Assistant to support our busy operations team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production office by providing administrative support with a varied range of tasks. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
The primary purpose of this role is to provide direct support to the operations team by inputting data to support continuous improvements in production, allocation of stock, updating training records and completing audit records. In addition, this role will offer indirect support to the finance department through the updating of banking systems and completion of credit checks. Specific duties include:
* Completing paperwork and updating systems to send orders into production
* Printing delivery notes
* Inputting performance data onto software systems
* Allocating stock
* Supporting the completion of training records
* Logging data, as directed, onto Entropy software (e.g., in relation to health and safety near misses, non-conformance reports, and/or audit outcomes)
* Petty cash management
* Posting of cash receipts onto the sales ledger and reconciliation of proforma accounts
* Preparation of monthly information for the accounts team
* Opening of new customer accounts
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

* Good IT skills with practical understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Salary: £23,000 per year
Pay: £22,880.00-£23,558.00 per year
