Job Description:
As the Deputy Food and Beverage Manager, you will support the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing all aspects of our F&B operations. Your role will involve ensuring the highest standards of service, optimizing operational efficiency, and contributing to overall guest satisfaction. You will have a hands-on approach, leading by example, and working closely with our talented team to maintain our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the management and supervision of all F&B outlets, including the restaurant, bar, and event spaces.
2. Ensure exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction.
3. Support staff training, development, and performance evaluations.
4. Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
5. Assist in menu planning, development, and innovation.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
7. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
8. Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a similar role within a high-end hotel or restaurant environment.
