About the Role
As a seasoned Food and Beverage Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead the Food & Beverage operations of a stunning hotel near Basingstoke.
The hotel boasts 50+ luxury rooms, a 2 Rosette restaurant, and event spaces for up to 200 guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards across all areas.
* Manage financial performance, including controlling GP, wage costs, and budgets.
* Develop and refine offerings to enhance the guest experience.
* Actively manage and drive team performance, focusing on training and development.
