High level knowledge of IT packages, including Word, Excel and computerised finance systems including financial ledger, budgeting and costing systems Good communication and presentation skills. Desirable Knowledge and understanding of NHS financial requirements. Experience of NHS costing and SLA monitoring systems. Knowledge and understanding of Reference Costs and the service line reporting agenda within the NHS, and an awareness of Patient Level Costing. Advanced Excel.
