CK Group are recruiting for a Regional MeetingCoordinator, to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry, on acontract basis for 12 months. This role is fully remote but youwill need to be based in one of the following regions and sometravel will be required:
Nottingham, Lincoln, Birmingham, Staffs, Leicester,Northampton, Coventry, Warwick orLondon.
Salary:
From19.98 per hour to 26.64 per hour depending upon experience. Thisrole is insideIR35.
MeetingCoordinatorRole:
* Overseethe end-to-end process of independentmeetings.
* Collaborate with Territory BusinessManagers.
* Manage the process for Health CareProfessionals sponsorships to national and internationalcongresses, including delegate management and coordination oflogistics with the National Marketing Coordinator, ensuringcompliance with company policies andregulations.
* Ensuring the seamless execution ofyour region s speaker meetings and independentmeetings.
YourBackground:
* Hold adegree in a relevant field or have equivalent workingexperience.
* Previous experience inpharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in a similarcoordination or project management role.
* Strongunderstanding of compliance regulations governing interactions withHeath Care Professionals.
* Excellentorganizational and communication skills, with the ability tocollaborate effectively with cross-functionalteams.
* Detail-oriented mindset with a focus ondelivering high-quality outcomes withindeadlines.
