You’ll learn the stories behind the Zegna brand, products, and craftsmanship, using these to authentically engage with customers. You and your colleagues are accountable for achieving sales targets for your store, executing plans provided by your store manager, and using your initiative to suggest alternative strategies. You are responsible for ensuring the store environment is organized and meets customer expectations. This includes visual merchandising, packaging, stock room management, inventory, cashiering, and reporting.
