Job Description:
* Develop and grow relationships with key retail accounts, delivering exceptional service and driving revenue growth.
* Proactively secure new business opportunities and manage product listings to ensure optimal availability and sales performance.
* Create and implement tailored account plans, JBPs, and promotional strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Monitor and analyse market trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and responding to changing customer and consumer needs.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Currently be in a National Account Manager or Business Development Manager role within at a houseware business.
* Have experience in growing and managing strategic accounts, particularly with department stores and premium retail partners.
* Have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Be results-driven, with a passion for innovation and creativity in achieving sales growth!
