My Future Courses is a startup companyoffering accredited online compliance training courses forbusinesses (B2B) to help them meet essential standards in areassuch as Mental Health GDPR Equality & DiversitySafeguarding and Online Safety.
As a startup weare in the early stages of our journey and there is a lot ofpotential for growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a salesprofessional who is entrepreneurial selfmotivated and comfortablewith the uncertainty that comes with working for a startup. If yousucceed there is uncapped commission potential and your effortswill have a direct impact on the company s success.

1. Proactively create and manage apipeline of prospects to ensure a consistent flow of salesopportunities.
2. Identify and approachB2B clients in various sectors who need compliance training fortheir teams.
3. Conduct salesactivities (calls emails networking) to generate interest and closedeals.
4. Lead clients through thesales process and close sales earning high commissions on everydeal.
5. This is a fullyremote role allowing you to work from anywhereand set your own hours.
6. Use CRMtools to track your sales activities monitor client interactionsand provide regular updates on progress andtargets.
7. Cultivate and maintainstrong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business andreferrals.
Requirements
* Proven track record in B2B salesparticularly in service or educationbased sales. Experience incompliance training or HR services is aplus.
* Ability to work independently set personalgoals and stay focused in a commissiononlyenvironment.
* Ability to communicate with business leadersconfidently HR managers anddecisionmakers.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the abilityto develop longterm businessrelationships.
* Familiarity with CRM systems (like Zoho) anddigital tools to track and manage leads and salesactivity.
* A proactive approach to overcoming challengesand a desire to learn continuously andimprove.

Proven track record in B2B sales,particularly in service or education-based sales. Experience incompliance training or HR services is a plus.
