Your Responsibilities as an SEN Teaching Assistant:
1. Provide 1:1 support for pupils with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
2. Assist in delivering tailored learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO.
3. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports both learning and personal development.
4. Support the emotional and social needs of pupils, helping them to engage confidently with their education.
5. Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure each child reaches their full potential.
What We're Looking for in an SEN Teaching Assistant:
