Location: Stafford, UK – Work from office
Duration: 12 months contract
Working with product managers, engineering team and clients to identify, validate and document business requirements for product enhancements or client system/service solutions.
The BSA will strive to gain a good understanding of the industry, policies, regulations, and standards impacting our products and clients.
Other responsibilities may include:
* Identifying, defining & prioritizing business requirements to aid in the design and development of solutions.
* Aid in the understanding of business and operational processes. Develop detailed process flows, interdependencies, systems/manual interactions to aid in the analysis and design of future methods of operations.
* Develop mock-ups using automated tools to represent new or revised system functionality and proposed workflows.
* Perform gap & root-cause analysis on key process areas.
* Identify process characteristics that are critical to quality, delivery, and cost.
* Participate in and lead cross-functional teams which may include other business segments, channel partners and/or clients.
* Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, focus groups, requirements workshops, surveys, and client site visits.
* Prepare business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, tasks, and workflows.
* Provide input (or define) to data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, concept of operation and API specifications.
* Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
* Work as part of the agile development team consisting of software developers, architects, and testers to elicit, organize and analyze business requirements.
* Provide feedback to user experience design/test and will work closely with the QA teams to ensure the initial intent of the requirements are met.
Education:
* Degree/diploma Business or Management Information Systems or a University Degree combined with related work experience.
